Co-Founder | Music Tech India (IN)

Aniket Rajgarhia is a creative strategist with a background in music, technology and finance, and the co-founder of Music Tech India, an initiative driving innovation in the country’s music-tech space. He has led music rights and marketing projects for global artists across Asia, following an early career as a fintech consultant in London.

Mara Deuschle

Partnerships Manager | AIMS (DK)

Mara Deuschle is a Partnerships Manager at AIMS and the Global Sync Manager for APL Publishing. Based in Copenhagen, Mara has been active in the music industry for over a decade. She started as a concert promoter and artist manager all over Switzerland before shifting her focus to music licensing in 2021 while getting her master’s in Management of Creative Industries at CBS.

Ingrid Hammer

Advisor | Innovation Norway Silicon Valley (San Francisco, US)

Ingrid is an Advisor for Innovation Norway in Silicon Valley, where she supports Norwegian startups and scale-ups entering the U.S. market by helping them secure pilot customers, investors, or strategic partners. In Silicon Valley, Ingrid leads Innovation Norway’s efforts within music tech and the broader creative industries on the West Coast.

Gérôme Vanherf

Marine Rivollet

Marine Rivollet is the co-founder and CEO of 2AM, a startup building intelligent agents for the music and entertainment industries. Their first agent, Lenny, automates customer support for live events. With nearly a decade of experience and recent training in generative AI, she now also serves on the board of Music Tech France to promote ethical innovation in the sector.

Alex Tarrand

COO | STYNGR (Los Angeles, US)

Alex is the COO, cofounder of STYNGR and a veteran video game technologist. While at EA he built the first scaled mobile game advertising platform solution in the market. While at the NFL he ran the PMO that built the first ever machine learning affinity based digital network. Having built and led teams across Disney, EA, Microsoft, and the NFL he has a passion for gaming and has gone on to launch multiple gaming focused companies.

Paul Moore

BBC Music Rights & Reporting (UK)

Paul Moore is the operational lead for the BBC Public Service Music Rights & Reporting teams, overseeing music licensing, clearing, commissioning, and usage reporting, while also shaping the BBC’s music strategy and leading the BBC MusicBox.

Gina Rosland Eide

Gina will be our host and emcee for the conference.


Gina Rosland Eide is the co-founder and manager of Knus Music, a sync agency based in Bergen, Norway. Knus Music represents Norwegian composers working across film, television, and gaming. Gina has over ten years of experience in music rights, with a particular focus on synchronization and mechanical licensing from NCB (Nordic Copyrigth Bureau) in Copenhagen. She works closely with both rights holders and production teams to help ensure music is used legally and creatively across media.

Paal Larsen

Paal Larsen is an entrepreneur, investor, and SaaS executive with a background in the U.S. music industry and nearly two decades of leadership at Meltwater, where he helped drive international growth and a $1 billion IPO. He now works with over 20 startups across tech and sustainability and recently co-founded Music Group Technologies to modernize collaboration in the music industry.

Vishruti Bindal

Vishruti Bindal is a Music Supervisor, Arts Policy Consultant, and Creative Producer from India with over eight years of experience, including work on upcoming Netflix originals like Kohrra Season 2. Cultural entrepreneur, strategist and music business consultant

Stein Bjelland has spent over 25 years working at the intersection of counterculture, entrepreneurship, and the arts, with deep experience in music production, festival organization, and cultural innovation. He currently advises a range of clients in the cultural sector, teaches at universities, chairs Music Norway, and co-founded a creative co-working space, splitting his time between Norway and New York.

Jake is an artist manager from London, UK. He also advises artists and technology companies on business strategies. His clients have included Beyonce, Rihanna and The Clash.

Trond Tornes

Trond Tornes is an experienced professional with a strong background in the music and technology sectors. He has held key roles including Marketing Director and Chief Strategy Officer at Phonofile AS, where he contributed to the company’s international growth. Tornes has also served as CEO of Amplify Creatives and is a co-founder of Noordrights, both focused on maximizing the value of independent music rights. He has been involved in multiple startups and creative industry initiatives.
