Sam Padbidri is a former charting artist turned music lawyer and entrepreneur. As the Founder & CEO of Solve, he leads a portfolio of companies that advise, invest in, and build at the intersection of entertainment, media, and technology. From negotiating record-breaking deals for global superstars to building monetization platforms for artists (e.g. Beamco), the mission is simple: help creators win.

From busking on London’s streets to performing at the F1 Singapore Grand Prix, Sam founded Solve to tackle the structural challenges he faced as an artist - chief among them, the lack of specialised legal infrastructure in Southeast Asia’s music industry. What began as a boutique advisory has grown into a full-stack professional services firm, providing artists and businesses with the legal, strategic, business, and capital tools needed to scale.
