Ingrid Hammer

Ingrid is originally from Bergen and holds a master’s degree from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). She took part in the Gründerskolen program and worked at a startup during her studies, before joining Karabin (now Azets Consulting) as a management and finance consultant. Today, she is an Advisor for Innovation Norway in Silicon Valley, where she supports Norwegian startups and scale-ups entering the U.S. market by helping them secure pilot customers, investors, or strategic partners. In Silicon Valley, Ingrid leads Innovation Norway’s efforts within music tech and the broader creative industries on the West Coast.
